Verison $(VZ)$may be considering backing out of its acquisition ofYAHOO $(YHOO)$after the disclosure of a second massive hacking, Bloomberg reported on Thursday.

Shares of Yahoo fell nearly 5 percent, while Verizon shares ticked 0.7 percent higher after the report.
