兵無常勢，水無常形。要快速行動，則必須打破固有的、陳舊的組織模式，建立真正的敏捷型組織。其一是精兵簡政，廢掉臃腫的機構，合並重複職能，徹底鏟除滋生官僚主義的溫床，以快速新陳代謝激發企業活力、對抗熵增。其二是流程化繁為簡，根治層層審批、唯上管理的大企業病；其三是整肅風氣，連根拔除一看二等三開會的團隊。須知行動的價值遠勝於束之高閣的完美理論，殘酷的現實不允許任何機會在遲疑和討論中丟失。舊染不去，新運不生，唯有徹底地改，根本地變，2025年才能打贏一個真正的翻身仗。

Market changes have always been rapid and non-linear. On one side is survival and profit, and on the other is faith and mission. Over thirty years of entrepreneurship, Oriental Yuhong has navigated the duality and transformation between humanity and divinity. Whether facing a seemingly calm market or the tumultuous upheaval of a fractured landscape, we have never had a day without progressing, striving, and advancing further. As we forge ahead on this challenging path, it will only become broader; moving slowly leads to defeat and elimination. Therefore, swift action is crucial—it is not merely a choice, but a law of the jungle. We must seize the initiative, act faster than our peers, and outpace industry changes.

To act quickly, we must break away from established, outdated organizational models and create a truly agile organization. First, this means streamlining operations by eliminating bloated structures, merging redundant functions, and completely eradicating the breeding grounds of bureaucracy to stimulate corporate vitality and combat entropy through rapid renewal. Second, we must simplify processes and address the chronic issues of excessive approvals and top-down management that plague large enterprises. Third, we need to reform the organizational culture by uprooting teams that engage in superficial tasks or endless meetings. We should recognize that the value of action far exceeds the appeal of theoretical perfection left on the shelf. The harsh reality does not allow any opportunities to be lost in hesitation and discussion. If we do not eliminate old ways, new progress cannot emerge. Only through comprehensive reform and fundamental change can we win a true turnaround by 2025.
